Job Description
Management Accountant duties:
Production of full monthly management accounts for the division
Help prepare the statutory year-end accounts
Cost & trend analysis on management accounts
Cost centre reporting within regional P&L’s
Produce full balance sheet reconciliations
Process accrual and prepayments
Manage fixed asset register
Support of annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Reconcile intercompany accounts
Preparation of cash flow forecasts
Process improvement - reviewing processes ensuring maximum effectiveness
Full revenue reconciliation
Lead cost control and management across all portfolio
Assist with creating accurate reporting for recurring revenue including customers added, churn, expiration, average revenue per customer, average life cycle. Create accurate reporting for number of customers, products sold, customer margin
Maintain platform on salesforce for credit card and expenses for staff using app for submission
Monitor and maintain improved stock control process including write-offs, stock takes, serial numbers
Full reconciliation of partner revenue channel against expectation
Maintain automated billing process for app partners

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience as a Management Accountant Qualified / Studying towards an accountancy qualification Excellent experience in Excel to analyse and interpret data Excellent communication skills with ability to be confident and assertive when liaising with management Proactive and effective problem-solving skills Sound judgement for dealing with problems and discrepancies with confidence to correctly escalate concerns if required Confident to come into the department and hit the ground running
