Your key duties as our Credit Controller will include:
Ensuring the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients
Administering and maintaining the client ledgers as adequate security base for the lending
Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of clients
Providing excellent standards of client service
Ensuring that security is maintained at all times within the established systems and processes operated by BFS
Provide prompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams
Ensuring security & profitability of a portfolio of clients through efficient and effective Credit Control
Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance
Ensuring ledgers are well maintained and accurate
Proactively seeking to understand their clients and debtors to allow them to spot opportunities and both warning signs
Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good communicator with excellent attention to detail and someone who is self-motivated and well-organised with a good amount of self-discipline Customer Service experience Office environment experience Good communication, excellent customer service, attention to detail Basic IT & MS office skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Credit Control experience in a financial service environment (desirable) Can understand Risk in a financial service environment (desirable)
