Your key duties as our Credit Controller will include:

• Ensuring the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients
• Administering and maintaining the client ledgers as adequate security base for the lending
• Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of clients
• Providing excellent standards of client service
• Ensuring that security is maintained at all times within the established systems and processes operated by BFS
• Provide prompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams
• Ensuring security & profitability of a portfolio of clients through efficient and effective Credit Control
• Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance
• Ensuring ledgers are well maintained and accurate
• Proactively seeking to understand their clients and debtors to allow them to spot opportunities and both warning signs
• Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

A good communicator with excellent attention to detail and someone who is self-motivated and well-organised with a good amount of self-discipline Customer Service experience Office environment experience Good communication, excellent customer service, attention to detail Basic IT & MS office skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Credit Control experience in a financial service environment (desirable) Can understand Risk in a financial service environment (desirable)
