An instantly recognisable brand within the music industry currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. Working within the team that deals with the Digital side of music and reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the international revenue flow accounting and managing all global market share reporting to industry bodies.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Prepare pipeline for revenue accounting entries, accrue revenue on behalf of affiliates and provide analysis on variance

*Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review for management pack

*Prepare and analyse all Industry body reporting and queries

*Perform end-to-end inter-company processes including consolidation, reconciliation and query resolution

*Preparation of month end journals for all inter-company related transactions

*Provide ad-hoc support on audit queries

*Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

This role will offer exposure to all areas of Finance and you will be dealing with a multitude of stakeholders from across the globe so excellent communication skills are essential.

You will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, ideally with a passion for music and a keen interest in the digital music world.
