Job Description

• Managing your own portfolio of internal and external UK customers
• Collecting debts in a timely and efficient manner whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Processing transactions and keeping accurate electronic records of these
• Responding effectively and efficiently to customer queries or disputes
• Managing credit terms and limits in line with company processes and Delegation of Authority
• Assisting in the reporting and analysing of credit performance
• Ensuring compliance in line with company processes whilst also identifying opportunities for improvements
