Daily duties will include:

• Manage your own accounts building and maintaining good relationships
• Maximise collections
• Resolve account disputes to resolve outstanding payments along with maintaining customer relationships
• Manage a fast-paced workload
• Identify high risk accounts before they become a problem
• Work to KPI targets
• Handling open accounts
• Working on ERP Systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have experience working in a similar role handling open accounts and using ERP systems Need to be comfortable with a challenging fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Good negotiation experience
