In this role, you will be providing the necessary administrative support for the entire grant team. You will be processing applications, dealing with queries and discrepancies, alongside managing 2 inboxes. This full-time position will be a 9:00am-5:00pm role, initially on a 3-month contact basis with the potential to go permanent and will be looking to pay the equivalent of £22,000-£23,000pa.
You will be inputting and maintaining records along with reviewing grant applications whilst navigating a CRM system to manage each stage. You may also be carrying out audit/bank checks as well as monitoring claims paid out whilst simultaneously collating evidence ready for reimbursement.
We are looking for someone who is organised with good customer service skills and a fantastic telephone manner. You need to be a good team player with the ability to prioritise workloads, along with being flexible and friendly.
