Job Description

This role is to provide excellent administration support to the sales department

The Role:-

  • Answering the telephone in a busy sales office and directing the calls accordingly
  • Logging and passing on sales enquiries for the sales team
  • Greeting visitors and dealing with deliveries
  • Booking in stock
  • Preparing sales quotes and sending out
  • Processing sales orders
  • General Administration duties

What's on Offer:-

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Salary up to £25K PA depending on experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a strong, solid background in Sales Administration Must be well organised Experience of working in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Experience of Syrinx software advantageous but not essential Due to the remote location own transport is essential
