This role is to provide excellent administration support to the sales department
The Role:-
Answering the telephone in a busy sales office and directing the calls accordingly
Logging and passing on sales enquiries for the sales team
Greeting visitors and dealing with deliveries
Booking in stock
Preparing sales quotes and sending out
Processing sales orders
General Administration duties
What's on Offer:-
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary up to £25K PA depending on experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a strong, solid background in Sales Administration Must be well organised Experience of working in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Experience of Syrinx software advantageous but not essential Due to the remote location own transport is essential
