Job Description

This contractor needs someone with strong knowledge of eB and 4projects as they will be part of the Quality team and need relevant knowledge. This role is working on a rail station upgrade and would be great if a candidate has that background. You will be working in Peterborough so you must be of daily commute. This is a contract role which is paying £200 to £250 umb per day.

Rail and quality experience is necessary. Experience of eB and 4projects EDMS systems is necessary (e.g.: Asite, 4Projects, Aconex, eB, BIW / Conject etc…) specific knowledge is wanted in 4projects and eB.

Responsibilities:

• Use eB and 4projects system - to upload / download documents / drawings
• Managing a team
• Updating and maintaining site files
• It will also involve some WAD administration duties
• Visit other sites
• Quality checking documents and drawings
• Liaising with different teams
• Dealing with a multitude of different documents
• Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
• Assisting with Handover files
• Ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in eB and 4projects Excellent communication skills Willing to do general admin and Ad Hoc duties Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus
