The Role
As a Commercial Administration and Multi-Account Support Executive, you will support and deliver on customers’ requirements through regular, effective communication and building long-term relationships.
Specifically, you will ensure that each account is set up effectively and in an organised manner, including systems, Bills of Materials (BoMs), products codes and other details.

Your role will also include:

- Working across departments to ensure effective and implementation and delivery of products
- Helping align the commercial aspects of each account with procurement, packaging, technical and production departments
- Ensuring products are costed and priced appropriately to achieve the desired profit margins
- Supporting the smooth launch of all products ‘out to market’
Rubicon experience would be beneficial to your application. Experience of eCommerce management systems and/or eCommerce and marketing experience would also be advantageous to your application.
Knowledge of any retailer and/or eCommerce systems, such as Amazon Vendor Central, would also be desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An excellent understanding of retailers and retail operations - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel (pivot table expertise and manipulation is important) - Strong organisational and planning skills - A full, valid driving licence
