Job Description

About Our Client:-
Our client is an entrepreneurial Fresh Produce business with a long and proven track record of supplying quality food to a number retail and non-retail channels. Due to one of their team soon to be on maternity leave, they are looking for a Trading Co-ordinator to join to support them during this period and to provide effective administrative assistance.
About the Role:-
You will be working closely with the Commercial and Operational teams, ensuring strong communication links across all the departments. This will extend to the company's suppliers and hauliers as well, where you will need to ensure all of the required documentation is in place and accessible. The office operates in a very fast paced market and as such you will often have tight deadlines to complete your tasks. But that is part of the fun and the right candidate with thrive with this!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have at least 2 years' experience in Fresh Produce and have a proven ability as a strong administrator. You will need to work well under pressure, have a good eye for detail and be well organised. As you will be dealing with a number of different departments, there will be occasions when you will need to be assertive and be able to stand your ground as required!
