WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Manage a small team of credit controllers

• Mentor, support, coach and develop the team

• Produce and report on the current debt - monthly

• Allocating payments

• Investigating queries

• Develop relationships with clients

• Able to provide new ideas and solutions to improve efficiencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous Credit Control/Accounts Receivable team leader/supervisor/Manager experience is essential for this position. ICM qualified would be an advantage. Problem solver, team player, self - motivate, and excellent communication skills are required. Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel.
