Love Energy Savings are continuing to expand, and we are looking for a driven, dedicated, and switched-on Quality Administrator to join our thriving Post Sales Quality team.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient, compliant, and thorough customer journey through regular communication with both clients and suppliers, and accurate database administration.

Quality Controller main duties include:

  • As the Quality Controller you will ensure sales entering the quality pot are dealt with in a timely manner in-line with Company SLAs
  • Completing pre-credit checks where applicable
  • Utilizing the BT call finder system to locate relevant calls, ensuring sales are compliant and in line with LES' guidelines, the TPI code of conduct and supplier requirements
  • Referring any discrepancies back to sales agents in a timely and professional manner
  • Saving documentation to both PLT system and Company drive
  • Updating records with actions taken

Good attention to detail. IT Literate. Excellent communicator. Team Player. Excellent admin skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work quickly and accurately. Previous experience within a Quality/Administrator role advantageous.
