Job Description

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join this busy team in the heart of Shoreditch. You will be pivotal in ensuring the supply & infrastructure team are able to carry out their critical work quickly and efficiently.

Duties or responsibilities:
* Confirm etas from all suppliers onto the new tracking system
* Request pods for orders that have been delivered
* Liase with suppliers and customer to ensure communication is kept open throughout
* Receive orders into Coupa and Finops to remove IOH
* Be part of the EMEA mm team and to work alongside rad teams to update eta changes and risks
* Maintain all relevant spreadsheets and systems ensuring the smartest and most efficient service possible

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required skills Basic qualification * Superb troubleshooting and problem analysis skills * Operationally focused and customer obsessed * Excellent written and verbal English communications skills * Advanced knowledge of EXCEL and other spreadsheet software such as Tableau Preferred skills * Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle multiple tasks and prioritise daily responsibilities. * Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau and other business intelligence platform. * Demonstrate flexibility to adapt quickly to departmental changes and conditions. * Ability to implement and document processes.
