Job Description

The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles within the dealership and consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximized and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate must have previous experience as a workshop controller. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
