Job Description

The role of the Purchasing Administrator is to:

Deal with general administration duties

Support the purchase manager with all accounts and admin duties

Be responsible for setting up purchase orders and entering data onto the system

Checking invoices

Creating reports

Work with the logistics department

Assist with all purchasing administration

Liaise with suppliers

Make sure the accounts, warehouse, logistics and sales team are kept up to date


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Identify requirements for goods Establish order quantities Make sure products are delivered on time The ideal Purchasing Administrator will: Have worked within a Purchasing position previously or similar Have advanced Excel (Pivot tables and V lookup) Maintain excellent communication skills Have accurate data entry skills
