The duties will include the following;

  • The first point of contact for all phone and email enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Producing quotes, emailing them and following up where appropriate
  • Producing invoices, chasing and taking payments
  • Dealing with any issues and problem solving
  • Filing all documentation accurately
