The duties will include the following;
- The first point of contact for all phone and email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Producing quotes, emailing them and following up where appropriate
- Producing invoices, chasing and taking payments
- Dealing with any issues and problem solving
- Filing all documentation accurately
