Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and presenting monthly and ad-hoc sales reports
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing UK/Export customer telephone calls and queries.
  • Providing full cover for Customer Service Administrators when required.
  • Providing UK/Export Customers/potential customers with product information, prices and delivery information as and when required.
  • Providing in house support to the company's Sales and Professional Services Team.
  • Contributing to general marketing activities.
  • Managing all marketing mailshots and producing reports.
  • Managing and resolving complaints/issues from clients.
  • Attending all exhibitions/events and training seminars.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications and Experience: GCSE in Math's and English grade C Educated to A Level standard or equivalent Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable Confident user of Microsoft including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Personal Qualities: Analytical thinking Problem solving Innovative/Creative thinking Motivation Team working
