Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating and presenting monthly and ad-hoc sales reports
Dealing with incoming and outgoing UK/Export customer telephone calls and queries.
Providing full cover for Customer Service Administrators when required.
Providing UK/Export Customers/potential customers with product information, prices and delivery information as and when required.
Providing in house support to the company's Sales and Professional Services Team.
Contributing to general marketing activities.
Managing all marketing mailshots and producing reports.
Managing and resolving complaints/issues from clients.
Attending all exhibitions/events and training seminars.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualifications and Experience: GCSE in Math's and English grade C Educated to A Level standard or equivalent Some previous experience in a similar role is desirable Confident user of Microsoft including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Personal Qualities: Analytical thinking Problem solving Innovative/Creative thinking Motivation Team working
