Job Description

Duties -

  • Register Developments with the NHBC. HA and Private Sale Dwellings.
  • Robust Details Registration.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Arranging for new Postal Addresses.
  • Assist with the collation of services quotations inc legal processes.
  • Assistance with the administration (Cloud Based Document storage)
  • Assistance with collating information for Construction handover meetings.
  • Assist with the collation of NHBC Quotations (SAPs etc).
  • To ensure filing is kept up to date for the Technical team inc archiving.
  • To assist in the liaising between consultants to collect information to maintain / keep up to date the spreadsheet tracking Development progress, health and Safety.
  • Assist Technical managers with Drawing Issues incl. printing and issuing drawings with a formal drawing register.
  • To support in building the Technical section of the Board Reports.
  • To support in building the HA Handover Packs.
  • Typing Letters
  • Assist with the monitoring and creation of expenses forms for Technical Managers.
  • Book meeting rooms when required.
  • Assist with the ordering of Material samples.
  • Shredding/laminating/binding/printing documents when requested.
  • Data input relating to Development admin. (Accommodation Schedules, Material schedules.)
  • Filing
