Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with suppliers on the telephone.
  • Dealing supplier invoices, credits & statements.
  • Building rapport with suppliers.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Using MS Office applications.
  • Undertaking other clerical duties as appropriate to the role.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Accounts: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hold GCSE grade 4 (Or C) or above in Math and English. AAT qualification or equivalent. Strong keyboard skills. Previous experience in an accounts environment. Good verbal, written, numeric and customer service skills. The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment. Reliable, good time keeper, keen, well-presented and willing to learn new skills. Excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile.
