We are looking for a full time and permanent Accounts/Office assistant to help with the preparation of the Management Accounts, Payroll and HR as well as any other ad hoc office duties which will include dealing with customers.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager and will be involved in the following duties:
Prepayments and Accruals.
Petty Cash Reconciliation.
Barclaycard Reconciliation.
Monthly Payments Analysis.
Deliveries Analysis.
Journal Input.
Cash Book Reconciliation.
Input of Expense Invoices.
Input of Credit Notes.
Sales Order Input.
Payroll/HR.
Stock Control / Stock Take / Reconciliation.
