Job Description

The main duties of the role are: 

- Liaising with customers on the phone and via email to assist with enquiries 

- Logging calls on the in-house database

- Administration support for Senior Surveyors 

- Logging jobs on database


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  - Proficient in Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel & PowerPoint  - Good typing skills with excellent accuracy  - Confident telephone manner
