Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in a sales admin role is preferred Experience of outbounds sales & administration - essential Experience of lead generation - desirable Possess some customer service experience within a sales environment Must be self-motivated and driven Have the desire to deliver exceptional service Ability to work as a part of a small team and across departments Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be organised and have excellent time management skills Must be highly motivated to achieve goals set Must be articulate, friendly, and outgoing
