Job Description

Key Duties:

Making out bound calls to drive prospect pipeline

Researching and generating sales leads

Updating and pulling data and reporting as and when required

Processing sales orders and credits

Recording and maintaining customer information

Product uploading and maintaining database

Supporting sales team with ad hoc admin jobs

Salary up to £20k + Bonus

37 hours, some home working

Pension

25 days + bank holidays


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working in a sales admin role is preferred Experience of outbounds sales & administration - essential Experience of lead generation - desirable Possess some customer service experience within a sales environment Must be self-motivated and driven Have the desire to deliver exceptional service Ability to work as a part of a small team and across departments Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be organised and have excellent time management skills Must be highly motivated to achieve goals set Must be articulate, friendly, and outgoing
