Job Description
Role Profile:
Reporting to the Cluster Lead, provide structured administration support to the regional city delivery team to ensure that the cluster delivers its objectives, remains compliant and provides a professional service to the supply chain and client.
Typical Deliverables:
- You will provide admin and co-ordination support to the Cluster Lead, City lead and cluster management team for the delivery of their day job.
- You will be responsible for providing reports demonstrating service results and, where required, produce action plans to improve the service offering and delivery of new services
- To own the regional contact details and supplier matrix for the team
- Support Health and Safety initiatives including Don't Walk By
- Ensure all tool box talks are recorded and signed for
