The successful candidate will work in a HR team consisting of the Head of HR, HR Manager, HR Coordinator, second HR Administrator and Payroll Coordinator. Due to their exciting plans for growth, they are now are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they are able to work independently when needed and are passionate about growing with the business. The environment is high-pressured and will be busy, so experience in this kind of environment is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment duties such as posting job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selection
Ensuring all employee data is up to date
Working closely with the management team to conduct investigations
First point of contact for HR queries from all staff
Absence management
Developing the Staff Benefits package
Assisting the Payroll Coordinator when necessary
Presenting any new ideas to the wider HR team
Manage the compliance of the HR system

2 years minimum in a similar HR Administration role Experience in a high-pressured, fast-paced HR function High level of written and verbal communication skills Excellent work ethic Full driving license is essential Manufacturing experience is desirable Immediate availability is desirable CIPD is desirable
