Job Description
Role Profile:
Working as part of the Regional Commercial Team you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of commercial activities, included the administration of key contract duties and the first point of contact for queries.
Typical Deliverables:
- Completion of the weekly payment and charging cycle
- Production of account summaries for subcontractors and where appropriate agree these positions with the service suppliers.
- Providing commercial support & contract guidance to all business areas across tIS
- Compiling weekly or monthly performance reports for review with the regional commercial team
- Resolving disputes and claims with suppliers / subcontractors to meet telent's best interests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of a fast pace office is desirable. Experience of using Microsoft products, specifically Excel & Word is desirable. Grades C and over in Maths and English at GCSE. Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline is desirable. Depth and breadth of experience will be taken into account where these qualifications have not been attained.
