Job Description
Reporting to the Programme Support Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring that all admin activities are undertaken in line with the timetables provided. This will involve maintaining records of in-progress work and completed work using various spreadsheet trackers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Developing, implementing and updating resource allocations plans needed for projects and/or programmes, taking account of availabilities, fluidity and scheduling To prioritise and support work orders, through liaison with subcontractors and third parties You will ensure full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions for the administration of Street works legislation. Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce programme summary reports The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages. A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
