Job Description

Your new role
As the HR Administrator you will be preparing employee documentation (including contracts, starter packs, letters and references, providing the support for onboarding, updating internal databases and systems (including Oracle HR) and being available for day to day HR queries. Other duties will include supporting with process improvements, preparing management information and data requests and liaising with external vendors regarding quality of service and legal compliance.
 

What you'll get in return
9 month contract, working from home until Easter 2021 then office based in Liverpool. Salary £23,000+, Full time hours.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you must be highly organised and have a structured approach, have excellent time management skills along with attention to detail and comfortable dealing with people at all levels. You will be required to be proficient in MS office, SharePoint and Adobe PDF and have a flexible / team player approach. My client would ideally like the successful candidate to have experience in a corporate environment and entry level HR Administration background.
