Our client is seeking a strong Administrator to support their sales and customer service teams.
Essentials for this role - hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, you must be able to drive as it is based in a remote location, and excellent Excel skills are essential.
The role is a temporary to permanent position ideally start date by early December.
Duties of the Sales Administrator :
To provide administration duties for Area Managers and Department Heads as well as to the Sales and Customer Service teams by taking incoming calls and processing customer orders.
The role is mainly office based however may involve delivering goods out to customers occasionally.
Excellent Excel for reporting purposes, and able to take data from existing spreasheets as well as the CRM system and merge into a report.
Able to work to deadlines.
