Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a friendly Accounts and Administration team in a fast paced environment.
The role to support the accounts team with emphasis on posting and reconciliation of accounts. Working hours 9:00 am – 17:30 Monday – Friday. Permanent role
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities but are not limited to: -
Bank reconciliations – daily multi-currency accounts and entry posting
Preparation of Supplier Payment Run – transacting through to Remittance advices
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Balance Sheet reconciliations (to include payroll, prepayments and accruals)
Processing Expense Claims – reconciliation and posting
Ad Hoc duties as required

Experience:
Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally be part CIMA/AAT qualified. Must be able to work within a fast paced, deadline orientated environment. Must have excellent Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages experience. Experience of Sage 200 would be advantageous. A willingness to help out teammates when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and external bodies. Be able to priorities you own workload to meet deadlines.
