Accounting Assistant- London (EC1)

An Accounting Assistant is needed to join a leading global media group in Central London.

With more than 1 billion users visiting their properties each quarter, this international firm is the world's largest premier online content network for information and entertainment. Due to their continuous success they are now seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team.

Joining as an Accounting Assistant you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of accounting. Whether you are managing all aspects of the accounts payable function; maintaining the currency cash books; managing the completion of allocated areas of management accounts and compliance or monitoring the individual currency balance, it will be down to the Accounting Assistant to assist the accounting team when needed.

To qualify... You should be an Accounting Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Accounts Payable Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

• Previous experience within a finance department;
• Previous experience within an Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable role;
• Experience using Microsoft Excel;
• Educated to 'A' level or equivalent professional experience.
