Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
Collate and administer all HR related documentation, such as employee contracts
Ensure the HR database is Updated regularly with compliant and on time information
Assist in the recruitment process
Liaise with any relevant external recruitment agencies as required
Arrange and administer interviews as required
Answering the telephone and forwarding onto the relevant person
Ordering office stationery supplies
Meet & Greet clients
Any other office duties as required
