We are currently recruiting for a very busy supporting role which for now will be home based (laptop and phone provided)
You will support an Apprenticeship department with all administration and customer service. The role will require someone who can work on their own initiative and who can prioritise efficiently.
Duties will include –
· Support the team chasing all additional paperwork and data entry where required.
· Provide excellent customer service, speaking to training providers.
· Maintain records and update databases
· Collating information and data and providing reports where required.
· Prioritise and organise workflow from department mailbox.
