Job Description

Duties of the Sales Administrator :

To provide administration duties for Area Managers and Department Heads as well as to the Sales and Customer Service teams by taking incoming calls and processing customer orders.

The role is mainly office based however may involve delivering goods out to customers occasionally.

Good benefits, free parking.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Excel for reporting purposes, and able to take data from existing spreasheets as well as the CRM system and merge into a report. Experience with a CRM system is essential.  The role would be office based (Covid 19 protocols are in place). Process customer returns, ensuring the customer receives a credit and the stock is returned to the correct department. Able to work to deadlines.
