Duties & Responsibilities:
* File & Archive Work Orders on to the PIER System & Send over to the Archive Dept.
* Contact Customers to check that the job has been completed satisfactorily for VOC work orders
* To update work order progress in EAM
* Undertaken general administration duties for the Engineering
* To contribute to KPI and compliance reporting.
* To contribute towards, further development and implement key objectives.
* To set up and manage document management process and storage facility.
* Making our customers lives' easier is a critical element of this role.
* To follow the business' Code of Conduct and comply with the Client's company rules and maintain a high standard of discipline.
* To carry out other duties as may be reasonably requested from time-to-time
