Credit Cards reconciliation - matching receipts against statements and numerical admin work that needs doing for VAT and logging expenditure.
Booking hotels for staff on training courses.
Ad Hock general office duties tasks required by Financial Director and Office Manger.
This is a full time office job, Monday to Friday 9-5 with an hour for lunch.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You are expected to be confident with Word, Excel and Outlook, happy to embrace the in-house accounting system, and it's very important that you have accurate keyboard skills as a lot of this work is around sending and checking money.
