Job Description

This is a full time role working 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and based in the office.  The role will include:-

  • Overseeing local, national and international logistics – ensuring the goods are sent and received in a timely manner
  • Report writing for the trustees using Excel – must have intermediate level in Excel
  • Building relationships with Partnerships and donors
  • Helping to create marketing collaterial
  • Producing proposals and presentations (some use of Powerpoint) for new Partners
  • Using Mailchimp to engage with charity supporters
  • Project management of various ongoing and one-off community projects and events. This will often require you to work closely with volunteers to ensure the success of our local, community outreach project.
  • Purchasing goods for local delivery to other charities,
  • Tracking goods sent out to charities

The charity are looking for a person who has very clear and concise communication skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, able to pick up new systems quickly and easily and ideally has an interest in Social Media.

This role offers an immediate start.
