Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Responding to enquiries via telephone/email
  • Distributing post
  • Taking/passing messages onto colleagues
  • Logging communication on the internal database
  • Data entry of reports on excel
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The suitable candidate will be keen, reliable, and willing to learn An excellent telephone manner Well presented, well spoken and polite Dedicated and hard working Some experience in an office would be beneficial Grade C and above for Maths/English GCSE or equivalent A full UK Licence and a car is preferred – (occasional travel to and from site)
