The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will work within the Customer Services Team to process customer orders to exceptional standards in a busy environment. You will also work with the Office and Warehouse Teams to seamlessly and smoothly fulfil all customer orders and make them available to the warehouse team for timely packing and despatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Sales Invoice Manager system and all aspects of order processing, ensuring prompt and accurate SO picking lists and labels given to warehouse
Managing and reporting on all aspects of Sales Invoice processes and stages to include processing of post catalogue requests
Answering incoming calls, directing calls and taking messages
Answering incoming customer calls, processing sales, and accepting payment for products and services
Answering questions about product specifications and pricing and aid with simple complaints
Performing administrative duties such as updating records and providing excellent customer service
Keeping organised carrier records and files including correspondence, end-of-day reports, statements, claims, etc.
Developing a good working knowledge of the company system and how it can aid in the SOP’s role
Assisting with keeping supplier, customer and product records up to date, compliant and accurate
Supporting the office administrator and performing administration duties when the administrator is absent or out of office

A salary of £16,500 to 19,500 per annum, subject to experience
