Job Description

On a day to day basis you will:

Work within a pool of Administrators to provide the best service to the Senior Management team and wider company

Work with the Safeguarding team, providing administrative support

Taking minutes in meetings and distributing notes

Assisting with disciplinary matters, taking notes and managing correspondence

Review and revise processes and procedures to make things more efficient where possible

Use the systems correctly, ensuring data integrity

Provide administrative support

Take initiative to fix problems

Process orders and deal with enquiries

We are looking for:

An articulate, positive and confident personality

Able to employ tact and diplomacy

Someone who is able to be calm and collected under pressure

Someone reliable, resourceful and flexible

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Solid administration experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable using systems and digital technologies Intermediate knowledge of Excel, able to use formulas and filter data as a minimum Able to manage a fast paced and ever changing working environment Experience of coordinating many moving parts Able to work within a team and make a positive contribution Good level of numeracy and literacy, able to proof read with an eye for detail Safeguarding experience or knowledge of safeguarding children would be very useful for this role
