Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will deal with:

  • Supplier Invoices - Coding & Input
  • Sales invoices - Raising & Input
  • Authorisations & Queries
  • Preparing payment runs & Adhoc payments
  • Employee Expenses
  • Barclaycard Processing
  • Monthly intercompany recharges
  • Preperation of month end & related duties
  • General Processing into Job Costing
  • Stock Requisitions & Timesheets
  • Check Daily Balances & match receipts to Sales ledger
  • Update cashbook with misc payments including Direct Debits
  • General Adhoc Duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience 1-2 years within a similar role Use of Sage 50, SAGE200 would be desirable Flexible working attitude Team player Strong eye for detail Ability to meet deadlines Ideally A Level standard education
