We are looking for a Senior Accounts Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will deal with:
Supplier Invoices - Coding & Input
Sales invoices - Raising & Input
Authorisations & Queries
Preparing payment runs & Adhoc payments
Employee Expenses
Barclaycard Processing
Monthly intercompany recharges
Preperation of month end & related duties
General Processing into Job Costing
Stock Requisitions & Timesheets
Check Daily Balances & match receipts to Sales ledger
Update cashbook with misc payments including Direct Debits
General Adhoc Duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience 1-2 years within a similar role Use of Sage 50, SAGE200 would be desirable Flexible working attitude Team player Strong eye for detail Ability to meet deadlines Ideally A Level standard education
