£19,000 per year pro rata
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

What does this job involve?
First point of contact for enquiries and queries
Provide great customer service to all customers
Source new customers from HCPA members database
Collate and input data for reports
Provide customers with relevant paperwork
Support the Project Lead to ensure smooth running of the IFS & Skills Audit Process
Proactively contact customers to follow up enquiries, pursue information and offer support
Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes
Any general tasks as requested which contribute to the smooth running of HCPA
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have experience of business administration, ideally in an office environment Have excellent IT skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Be organised to manage own workload and meet deadlines Be able to work independently and use initiative Be able to present information accurately and clearly; The ability to communicate clearly and professionally by email Have a confident telephone manner Remain professional and focused and be an ambassador and exemplar for the company
