The Role;

  • To support the Customer Service team with all administration tasks
  • Responding to emails and letters
  • Answering inbound phone calls as and when required  
  • Dealing with overflow calls during busy periods

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Administration experience Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages Eager to learn Great attention to detail Computer literate
