The Role;
- To support the Customer Service team with all administration tasks
- Responding to emails and letters
- Answering inbound phone calls as and when required
- Dealing with overflow calls during busy periods
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Administration experience Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages Eager to learn Great attention to detail Computer literate
