Job Description

This role is working within a small, close knit-team and is ideal for a candidate who is used to working ina varied role with multiple responsibilities.
As a Buying / Procurement Administrator you will work closely with the office team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
Duties will include:
- Being responsible for buying for the company
- Negotiating prices and requesting quotations
- Liaising with suppliers
- Proving all round office support including administration support
- Stock control
- Dealing with queries
- Sourcing raw materials and equipment
- Requesting PODs and invoice support


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role with purchasing and stock duties - Excellent communication skills both written and verbally - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask - The willingness to support the wider team
