As a Verification Administrator, you’ll act as first point of contact for referrals, ensuring appointments are booked as appropriate. You will support the advice process to ensure a high level of service to our clients, throughout the setup of an IVA.
You’ll be responsible for obtaining any missing documentation and/or information from clients by telephone, email and/or letter as required. To review referrals received in line with documented procedures and contact clients to confirm IVA eligibility and book advice appointments. You will manage a caseload of clients to the completion of the file set up. Liaise with colleagues for guidance about additional information if required.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work using own initiative and to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
