Job Description

Are you looking for a role that offers variety, where no two days are the same? If so, we have a great opportunity for an administrator, to support our Learning and Development (L&D) Team.
As our Learning and Development Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for all L&D queries, so, you'll need to be personable and have great communication skills. In the role, you'll use your strong administration skills to take ownership of a variety of L&D tasks including:

  • assigning e-learning to colleagues
  • managing and resolving colleague queries via email and phone
  • processing invoices, managing training requests and producing learning agreements
  • updating records, analysing data and producing Management Information (MI)
  • arranging meetings and co-ordinating diaries
  • promoting and advertising learning opportunities using in-house media

and that's to name just a few! So, you'll need to be organised and able to juggle different priorities. You'll proactively promote Learning and Development across the business and work closely with the L&D Consultants to support their delivery of training schedules. Providing support for the L&D Consultants will involve; booking venues, arranging resources and looking after colleague travel and accommodation arrangements. You'll need to be conscientious, but most of all, someone who is determined to sort things out.

Proactive and takes ownership of tasks driving to completion Good attention to detail High personal and professional standards Capable of producing innovative ideas Continuous improvement orientation – customer and process Able to work to set procedures, processes, deadlines and within set service standards Experienced user of Microsoft Office including producing pivot tables in Excel Experience of using MS Visio is desirable Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
