Job Description

A well-established accountancy firm is recruiting an experienced Senior Administrator to ensure their office runs smoothly and all administration processes are completed in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Partners and make the role your own. We are looking for a diligent and knowledgeable individual who has worked recently in an accountancy practice and who is keen to support the team and manage the administration of the office.
You will take ownership of:
· Managing and updating the database
· Dealing with new client onboarding administration
· Financial and compliance administration
· Creating monthly reports and mail merge using MS Word and Excel
· Credit control administration, sending out chase letters
· HR administration including new starter documentation
· Office supplier administration including insurance renewals
· Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
· Ad hoc projects as required

This is an integral role to the office, therefore you will have a passion for completing tasks quickly and accurately. You will also have the ability to multi-task, as well as enjoy working under pressure and to multiple deadlines.
