This is a key role in a high-pressure service environment, requiring excellent communication skills, computer literacy, a flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers. Experience in a previous contract coordinating role will be an advantage.
As Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the Control of all aspects of Service Contracts administration including booking engineers, quotations, contracts, resulting reports, renewals etc you will liaise with customer to arrange contract visits identify the correct engineer for the job. You will also be responsible for dealing with related invoice queries, following-up quotations as well as general service cover, as necessary.
You must be able to work well as part of a team.
